CampusPrint · m434 · Light Hope Ecosystem

One platform. Every campus store.

CampusPrint is a multi-tenant commerce engine for university brand stores and custom campus merchandise. Run many storefronts from a single codebase — with Stripe checkout, real-time inventory, a configurable volume-discount pricing engine, and a quote workflow built for departmental bulk orders.

CampusPrint is in pre-launch: the platform code is built and tested, and the public storefront is not yet open. Everything on this page reflects what is actually built — no more, no less.

01

How it works

i.

Spin up a storefront

Each campus store is a tenant — its own catalog, branding, and discount rules — resolved by subdomain on one shared platform.

ii.

Students & staff order

A modern storefront with cart, coupons, and Stripe-powered checkout. Accounts are secured with JWT authentication.

iii.

Bulk buyers get quotes

Departments and student organizations submit quote requests with their cart, PO number, and requirements — routed to store admins by email.

iv.

Admins run the store

An admin dashboard covers products, orders, inventory, and discount rules, backed by a documented REST API.

02

What's inside the platform

Every item below exists in the codebase today — API routes, tests, and documentation included.

Architecture

Multi-tenant core

One deployment serves many university stores. Tenant middleware isolates catalogs, customers, and pricing rules per store.

Payments

Stripe checkout

Full Stripe integration for card payments, with webhook handling and support for Stripe Connect–style payouts.

Pricing

Discount engine

Volume tiers, customer-tier discounts, and coupon codes computed server-side — with a "next tier" hint API to nudge larger orders.

B2B

Quote requests

A deliberately simple quote workflow: organization, contact, cart, and PO number in; admin and customer confirmation emails out.

Operations

Inventory & orders

Real-time stock tracking, order lifecycle management, and an admin dashboard for day-to-day store operations.

Support

AI order assistant

An integrated AI chat endpoint (DeepSeek-backed) that answers product questions and explains order status in plain language.

03

Who it's for

University brand stores

Official campus stores selling branded apparel and merchandise online — without building or maintaining their own e-commerce stack.

Departments & student orgs

Bulk buyers ordering event shirts, club merchandise, or department gear — served by the quote workflow and volume pricing rather than retail checkout.

Platform operators

Teams who want to run a portfolio of campus stores from one codebase, onboarding each new school as a tenant instead of a new project.

04

Pricing

There is no public price list yet. CampusPrint is pre-launch, and access is arranged per pilot — so we'd rather tell you that plainly than print numbers that don't exist.

What the platform does ship with is a configurable pricing engine: each store defines its own product prices, volume-discount tiers, customer tiers, and coupon rules, and the engine applies the best eligible discount at checkout.

If you're interested in running a store — or in bulk pricing for a specific order — get in touch and we'll quote it properly.

05

Where the project honestly stands

In the Light Hope ecosystem, capability claims require receipts. Here is the split.

Built & verifiable in the codebase
  • Node.js + Express API with PostgreSQL / SQLite storage
  • Multi-tenant middleware with subdomain-based store routing
  • Stripe checkout, payments, and webhook routes
  • Pricing engine: volume tiers, customer tiers, coupons
  • B2B quote-request workflow with email notifications
  • Next.js storefront with cart, checkout, and admin views
  • OpenAPI-documented REST API and automated test suites
Not yet — and not claimed
  • No public production deployment of the store platform is live today — this landing page is its front door, not the store
  • No customer, user, or revenue figures are published
  • No testimonials, ratings, or partner logos — none exist yet
  • No uptime or SLA commitments before launch
  • University names in dev fixtures are placeholders, not partnerships

Bring your campus store online

Pilot access is arranged through the Light Hope team. Tell us which store you'd run — or which bulk order you need — and we'll take it from there.

This page is served from the Light Hope ecosystem's edge infrastructure and describes project m434 as it is actually built.
